This is a fun process! We will perform a couple of different painting processes and I also include a piece of hand dyed cheesecloth with each kit.

Supply List:
Fabrics for the 12 x12 quilt –Bring a good background fabric and fabrics for the sunflower. Backing fabric and batting.
Textile and/or Acrylic paints – colors are up to you! Small bottle or tubes
Latex Gloves
1 -2 yards of Mistyfuse™ – If you don’t have Mistyfuse™, or another fusible that you prefer, I will have Mistyfuse™ on hand for you to purchase.
Parchment Paper – 1 yard
Freezer Paper – 1 yard
Blue Painters Tape
Iron
Ironing mat or thick towel

Appliqué press sheet – if you don’t have one, bring extra parchment paper
Rotary cutter – the best size for this project is the 18mm (I use one for fabric and one for paper to cut the freezer paper)
Scissors for paper and fabric
Awl or metal Stylist (used for lifting the edge of your fused pieces)
Sewing machine – You will need your machine for thread painting and/or quilting your project.
Thread for thread painting/quilting and embellishing
Beads and other embellishments
